Tryout Windows
Tryouts for the upcoming season take place immediately after the conclusion of the NorCal Spring Season. These sessions provide an opportunity for new players to showcase their skills and for current players to be evaluated for the next playing cycle.
Mid-Season Evaluations
Players interested in joining an AC Marin team mid-season may request an evaluation. However, if you are currently rostered with another NorCal Club, prior approval from your current club is required before participating. This ensures compliance with NorCal policies and promotes respect among clubs.
Player Placement Process
- Skill Assessment: Players are assessed on technical ability, tactical understanding, fitness, and overall potential.
- Team Needs: Teams are formed based on positional needs and roster sizes to ensure a balanced and competitive squad.
- Development Focus: We strive to place players where they will have the best opportunity to grow, both as individuals and as part of a team.
