Please Note:
- Airfare is NOT included
- When booking flights the inbound airport is: Barcelona El Prat- Josep Tarradellas Airport [BCN] . You must arrive on March 23 - you will need to depart SFO on March 22
- All participants will need a current passport
- The organization reserves the right of admission and may cancel the participation of any participant or team if they do not comply with the rules established.
Canceling and refund conditions:
- All cancellations will be evaluated by the organization, who will make a resolution in accordance with the following aspects.
- Any case not detailed will be valued as unique by the organization and the result will be reported to the person responsible of the team.
Participant cancelation:
- Before February 14th, 80% of the participant's fee will be refunded
- Between February 14th and February 28th, 20% of the participant's fee will be refunded
- After February 28th, the total deposit will be lost
Refunds
- All cases will be evaluated by the organization. Season ending injury or personal emergencies may be evaluated.
- All cancellations must be accompanied by an official document indicating the reason for the cancellation.
