AC Marin Academy | Ages 4 - 7

The AC Marin Academy program is designed for young players ages 4 to 7. It takes a player-centered approach, focusing on the whole child to create a positive, safe, and fun environment where kids can grow—both as players and as individuals. The emphasis is on fun, development, and building strong foundational skills.

Each session includes:

• Warm-up - Fun & Engaging Games

• Technical Skills Focus - Dribbling, Passing, Shooting

• Small-Sided Games - 3v3, 4v4 Play

• Cool-down & Reflection - Encouraging Positive Discussion

Why AC Marin Academy?

Because strong Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model:

Ensures kids develop at their own pace with age-appropriate training.

AC Grassroots Camp | Ages 8 - 12

This program is designed for 8 to 12 year olds with a player-centered approach that focuses on the whole child. It provides a positive, safe, and fun environment where players can grow both on and off the field. The emphasis is on developing individual technical skills in a fun and supportive setting—helping each player build confidence with the ball, deepen their understanding of the game, and leave with even more passion than when they arrived.

Grassroots Goals:

  • Foster a love for the game and the spirit of fair play

  • Strengthen individual technical skills

  • Introduce defensive roles and responsibilities

  • Build awareness around keeping possession

  • Prioritize fun while developing personal technique

2026
Ski Week Camp: February 16 - 19

  • Develop ball mastery with both feet, using all surfaces of the foot for dribbling

  • Emphasize control, receiving, and passing skills

  • Practice passing and receiving with increasing precision

  • Learn to shoot confidently with both feet

  • Encourage players to rotate through multiple positions to prevent early specialization

  • Improve key physical attributes: speed, coordination, balance, and agility
